With the advent of industrialization and the growing demand for professionally trained skilled youth, the primary focus of the Poddar Group of Institutions has been to conceptualize the ideology of what lies beyond academics: skill development, entrepreneurship, and nurturing an eco-system that leads to the generation of self-sustaining youth in 'New India.'

As a result, the Poddar Group of Institutions was founded to bridge the gap by emphasizing value-based programs that prepare students for corporate careers and startup training. The Poddar Group of Institutions' vision is to provide purposeful education ranging from primary school to various UG and PG programs and high-end research programs (PhD, Incubate Technical Support Programs), thereby catering to both industry-specific and employability options encompassing multiple facets of divergent disciplines. Through numerous clubs and cells, the Poddar Group of Institution's colleges focuses on Best Innovative Academic Practices, which are reinforced through student mentorship and learning and support activities. Their alumnae are still going strong.

The Department of Science and Technology, Government of Rajasthan, Jaipur, has awarded the college a significant project to construct a Biotechnology Business Incubation Center. It has also inked MoUs with prominent colleges, institutes, and MNCs for student exchange programs, internships, and training. The institution is concentrating on research-based learning to help students improve their skills.

Scheme B- Special Scholarship for COVID-19 Warriors 

Note that the above-mentioned scholarship is only good for one year of graduate school. For the second and third years of graduation, ladies will get a 20% scholarship each year, while boys with a 70% or higher will receive a 10% scholarship each year.

• Children and siblings of COVID-19 Warriors will get a 50% scholarship for one year of graduate studies. For the second and third years of graduation, ladies will get a 20% scholarship each year, while boys with 70 per cent or higher grades will receive a 10% award each year.
• Scholarship to Class Topper: According to college regulations, scholarships are awarded to the top three students in each class each year. The following are the requirements for Institutional Scholarship:

1. Only graduate courses and tuition expenses are covered by the award.
2. Regular attendance, percentage of attendance, and discipline will all be taken into account when deciding whether or not to award the scholarship. The scholarship will be revoked if the student engages in any disciplinary behaviour.
3. Government Scholarships: Students can apply for government scholarships according to the government's guidelines and plans. The Social Justice and Empowerment Department or other government initiatives award scholarships to SC/ ST/ OBC-BPL/ Merit Holders on an annual basis, according to government policy.
4. If a student qualifies for more than one scholarship category, he or she must pick just one.

Different college clubs and organizations organize activities that go above and beyond the traditional course curriculum all year long. For these clubs, it's all about promoting the unique creative energy that each student has within them. Co-academic and cultural activities, such as a poster contest, poetry symposium, debates, skits, and choreographies, are organized by practically all of the departments to help students improve and redefine their identity. Students are required to join a number of clubs and organizations when they first arrive at school.

• CELL OF ENTREPRENEURSHIP (EUREKA)-The Entrepreneurship Development Cell (EUREKA) was founded to instill, nurture, and promote the entrepreneurial spirit among our institute's and country's youth. Poddar Group of Institutions, Jaipur uses workshops, seminars, guest lectures, games, and contests to help people create a sense of SELF-EMPLOYMENT.
• EUREKA has worked hard to create a solid foundation for its aspiring entrepreneurs.
• EUREKA also provides infrastructural and technical assistance to people with unique ideas to translate them into new goods and services for the welfare of society, to encourage and grow high-end entrepreneurship for personnel as well as self-employment.
• EUREKA also helps students with mentorship, planning, and putting their ideas into action.
• Most of the annual festival which are conducted at Poddar Group of Institutions taken by the cultural club which is headed by students of different departments.
• The sports club at Poddar Group of Institutionsarranges many of the indoor and outdoor activities during the annual fest and makes sure that there is maximum participation among the students.
